On the afternoon of November 4th, the College of Textile and Clothing invited Professor Wang Jianping from Donghua University to carry out the postgraduate tutor training activity. Xin Binjie, dean of Textile and Clothing College, graduate tutors and young teachers attended the event.
Wang Jianping, Doctor of Engineering, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Fashion and Art Design, Donghua University, academic leader of clothing ergonomics and clothing Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. Professor Wang Jianping carried out a special lecture titled "Cultivating Innovative Ability of Clothing Graduate Students from the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education". Combining with her rich guidance experience for doctoral and postgraduate students, she introduced how to train graduate students and how to guide them to carry out scientific research from the aspects of management method, source of topic selection, topic selection field and ability cultivation. She also puts forward how to cultivate and guide the frontier insight ability and writing guidance ability of graduate students.
Professor Wang also communicated with the students about "How to improve the research and innovation ability of postgraduates" and shared typical cases of guidance for postgraduates. The development of this graduate tutor training meeting can effectively improve the guidance ability of graduate tutors and promote the cultivation of first-class innovative talents for textile and garment graduate students.
