To promote the publication of high-level papers on clothing, art and design of Textile and Garment College. On the afternoon of April 18, the College of Textile and Garment organized an exchange meeting on the writing guidance of SSCI papers to conduct in-depth discussions on the topic selection, writing and publication of SSCI papers. Faculty and graduate students from the Department of Textile and Garment College attended the meeting.
Associate Professor Chen Xiaona and Associate Professor Li Pei from the Department of Fashion Design and Engineering were invited to make presentations and share their experiences. Teacher Li and Chen reported on the literature retrieval and information extraction, the selection of high-level journals, the writing framework of the paper, and made a detailed analysis of the abstract, results and discussion of the paper, the writing of the conclusion and the English language organization. At the same time, they used their own papers retrieved by SSCI as cases to pass on their experience in designing experiments and questionnaires.
The two teachers believe that the topic selection is the key to the writing of a paper, and it is necessary to choose a topic with research value and innovation. When writing a paper, we should pay attention to reasonable structure, clear logic and concise language; When publishing a paper, choose the right journal and pay attention to the format specification.
This exchange will provide a platform for social science teachers to learn and communicate with each other, which is of great significance for improving the writing of SSCI papers.
