On July 7th, the Party Committee of the Textile and Clothing College held a summer social practice oath ceremony titled "Assisting the Great Love of Xinjiang and Jointly Drawing the ' concentric circles ' of Shanghai and Xinjiang" at the C210 Art Building. Zhu Junxuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Textile and Clothing College, Xie Zhixia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Xin Yuan, and Liang Shuaitong, the team leader, as well as all the students who went on the expedition, participated. The meeting was chaired by Professor Xie Zhixia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
At the meeting, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the college delivered important speeches to the teachers and students who participated in the practice, pointing out the direction for the progress of the practice team.
Zhu Junxuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, pointed out in his speech that social practice is an important way to improve students' comprehensive quality and cultivate a sense of social responsibility. The purpose of this summer social practice is to assist in the Great Love Xinjiang Action, support and participate in the development and construction of Xinjiang through practical actions, and demonstrate the deep emotions and sense of responsibility of the teachers and students of the Textile and Clothing College towards the great motherland.
Vice Secretary of the Party Committee Xie Zhixia emphasized in her speech that practice is the touchstone for testing theory and an important platform for cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability. By participating in practical activities, students will gain a deeper understanding of Xinjiang's history, culture, economic development, and social changes, gain knowledge, broaden their horizons, and also develop their teamwork and problem-solving abilities, laying a solid foundation for future growth and development.
Leading teacher Liang Shuaitong and student leader You Xinyuan also spoke one after another, encouraging students to actively participate in practical activities, remember their original mission, practice socialist core values, practice the Party's educational policy with actions, and help the Great Love Xinjiang trip to draw a harmonious circle between Shanghai and Xinjiang.
This summer social practice oath taking conference provides a solemn and noble moment for the faculty and students of the college. Under the solemn oath, the students stood in awe, expressing their wholehearted commitment to practice, upholding their original aspirations, carrying their dreams, and contributing to the prosperity and stability of Xinjiang.
In the following practice, the college party committee will closely monitor the safety and growth of students, providing them with comprehensive protection and support.
